Is Lessee/Renter a member of the American Legion Post #56?  _____________

                 A 10% discount, per rental, is applicable to members of Post #56 that are in good

                 standing.  Post #56 members cannot rent a room at a reduced rate for any function not

                 pertaining to their immediate family.

 

Hall Rental Fee: See attached room rate scale. $ _______________ int. here ___________

                 Half of the Hall Rental fee is due at the signing of this Contract and is non-refundable

                 within 180 days of your scheduled event.                                                               

 

Bar service/fees:  A $200.00 bartender fee is required for all functions requesting a bar. 18%

                  gratuity will be added to arrangements other than a cash bar.                       

 

Linens:       Linen tablecloths are available to rent starting at $11 per table.  Linen napkins are

                  .75 cents per napkin which are available in 42 different colors. Table overlays and

                  chair covers with colored bows are available as well. Please call for more details. All

                  linen prices are subject to change, call for current rates and color choices.

       

Remaining Payment: Payment for your remaining costs (table linens/chair linens etc.) can be

                  made in advance of the day of your event. Otherwise, payment of the remaining costs

                  are due on the day of your event.

 

**For any caterer used, other than our in-house caterer, there will be a $2 per person charge for the use of our kitchen.

                         

 

 

 

 

 Function Facility Policies

 

 

 

  Renting party is responsible for the actions of any of their guests. Any destruction or

   misconduct will be the responsibility of the renting party.

 

  Renting party is responsible for any damages to equipment or premises caused by any guest

   or outside entity hired by Renting party.

 

•  All catering and beverages can be purchased from Ramsdell-Rogers Function Facility.

   Catering and non-alcoholic beverages may be provided by the renter but a service fee will be

   charged for usage of plates, silverware and use of our kitchen with the exception of special

   cakes (wedding, anniversary, etc.).

 

  We cannot store items requiring refrigeration. Please schedule delivery of those items

    accordingly.

 

  All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the Facility.  We will be happy to work with the

   renting party regarding any special preferences.  No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto

   or off of the premises under any circumstances.

 

  Managers/Bartenders/Wait-staff have the right to refuse services to anyone who appears to be

   intoxicated or who does not have proper identification.

 

  Ramsdell-Rogers Function Facility will not be held responsible for events beyond their control,

   which may effect your function (weather, power outages, etc.) or for lost, damaged or stolen

   items.

 

  All children must be supervised closely.

 

•  Decorating the function hall is permitted.  Time to do so must be scheduled with Ramsdell-

   Rogers Function Facility beforehand.  There can be no use of tape, nails or other fasteners on

   the walls.  We ask that you take all decorations with you at the end of your event. 

   Glitter, sparkles, rice or bird seed is not permitted.

The renter or representative of the Renter who signs this Contract does so with the knowledge

that they assume the responsibility/liability for any and all damages to any or all of Post #56

property.  These costs shall be the sole responsibility of the Renter of representative of the

Renter signing this agreement.
